Ordering with Little Prairie

Every Little Prairie blanket is made to order, meaning it is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

Our current estimated turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. While many orders are completed within this timeframe, some orders may take longer due to order volume, fabric availability, holidays, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

As each blanket is custom made, turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We take pride in creating every blanket with care and attention to detail, and we will never sacrifice quality to rush an order.

Please note that the turnaround time refers to the time required to create your blanket. Shipping time is additional and begins once your order has been completed and dispatched.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that turnaround times may vary. We appreciate your patience and thank you for supporting our small handmade Canadian business.

 

Shipping Within Canada 

We proudly ship across Canada using Canada Post.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available). Please note that shipping times are separate from our production turnaround time.

Delivery estimates provided by Canada Post are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, high shipping volumes, postal disruptions, or other carrier-related issues once your package has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Little Prairie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Once your package has been marked as delivered by Canada Post, Little Prairie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting Canada Post directly using your tracking number.
